where can i find an open source web design tool that is similar to frontpage, but not nvu?

must be free, downloadable, also, are there any places to find resources for nvu i.e. sample projects or tutorials that are video based or at least illustrated with screenshots?

    Try Nvu or Emacs plug-ins hinzugef? Gt?. Vim? Also a good candidat.Quanta was some time ago in order, but not much these days to h? Ren.
