What’s the best way to create a picture/video gallery for a website?

I guess I’m a novice when it comes to website design, but I’m looking for a nice, easy way to create a photo and video gallery for a site. Any tips or websites that you know of that have a template of this… for FREE?

    Try The Village (www. small town. Com). It only takes a few minutes? install and is very much? s customizable, if you want a specific aspect of the site. You vid? O / galleries sharing photos, and more functionality? T? S. It is FREE!
