What is the best way to keep up in the world of graphic design?

I went to college years ago but there are always new things to learn. I didn’t learn much about web design so I should probably expand my knowledge into that territory. What would be a good plan to keep up with what the rest of the design world is doing? Any good magazines to recommend? Websites? Tutorials?

    I always consider sites that I encounter while browsing, there are so many websites out there to mod? ‘S, f, etc.? R web design, k can please id? Get it. w3schools is the best place to learn web design.
