Website design questions?

I really want to improve my web design skills.

Right now I have my degree in Computer Graphic Design, so it covered a few classes of website design, but didn’t get too in depth. Web design is really evolving, and I have already done some freelance sites for businesses, but I want to make my sites look more professional and user friendly. I decided to go for a certificate in web design, but have heard most talent comes from online turorials and generally researching oneself.

Anyone know of any good web and flash design tutorial sites?

I use dreamweaver and photoshop, and this coming semester I’m taking a flash class.
