Looking for a good self-study Web Designer course. I’d like to learn not only Photoshop but basics of design?

Please give me your recommendations of steps to become a good Web Designer. There should some either online tutorials or books or video. I’d like to understand
1. color mixing schemes – which colors will look better with each other.
2. Software(photoshop, …)
3. Where to look for latest trends in web design
4. any other suggestions ….

    I suggest to you? Re learning Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop and HTML. They have pointed out?, It is equally important to learn Web design of good quality? T, and not just web design. There are many articles and tutorials on good design. A website in particular that I recommend esthttp: / / www. websitesthatsuck. com / This is an informative and entertaining website that teaches good design and do shows pages that have bad things. There are a lot of the article? Down to things good and bad, and why.
