i have been studying css, html, php, etc. i have dreamweaver cs4 and the web design series but i am just not understanding everything.
does anyone know of a good tutorial just to break everything down and explain it.
im just not understand how to create a template in dreamweaver cs4 and im not understand how php ties in with the web pages, or how to link it i should say.
