C# Web Design Tutorials?

I’ve looked all over and can’t seem to find a C# Web Design Tutorial. I have experience in HTML and CSS. I use Dreamweaver and just plain old Notepad too. I want to learn C# with Visual Studios, but can’t seem to find a video. Also, I am looking for a tutorial from the beginning, not wanting any C# experience. Videos or text tutorials is fine, Thanks in advance!
Edit: Please note, unfortunately I have very minimum Visual Studios experience. (I have Visual Studios 2008, the full version)
