Advanced Website Design?

I have a domain at GoDaddy.com so i have my own URL,etcetc. I want to make something similar to the New Moon/Twilight and other advanced pages that have some pretty cool flash effects.

How do I even start?

One thing I wanted to do is take a virtural tour through a castle or forest or something of that nature. Any tips?
