I need a web design software – need advice?
I have html files for a website that I was asked to edit. **What software should I use?** Nothing seems to make them open correctly? And what are some good tutorials online that I can use?
All the html information files are scattered and I am having trouble seeing how they are linked and what goes where!

I am wondering what this web page effect is on this website with the long verticle line next to the words it looks like its dividing the page? Tips on becoming a freelance artist?
I’ve been drawing since I was about 5 years old. I consider myself to have a unique style. I’ve never actually pursued it as a career (although down the road I do want to become a tattoo artist which I am working towards) but i’d like to start doing freelance art via a website. I am going to start posting on deviantart.com, get some more examples of my work, it’s on my myspace, etc. Numerous people have told me to pursue it. Im a print designer looking to get into web design. Im trying to teach myself with online tutorials (lynda.com). I was looking for someone to help me set a program on which languages I should learn and in which order. In which order should I learn these (also which are unnecessary/outdated): HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, Javascript, Actionscript, and any others I left out that you feel that are important. I know basics of Dreamweaver and Flash but realize I need to go back and learn the above mentioned. I am looking to learn how to better my skills in Flash actionscript programming. Thanks in advance for any advice.
How can i set up a website to sell vintage clothes on?
I dont want it to be a tacky website where you can only choose tacky designs, and i really have no clue on how to set up a website so any tips would help please, also is there any law about buying used clothes & selling them (thats what vintage clothes are, except there nice!) And i dont have alot of money for the starting budget help please!
